My dad is 91 and it is very hard to find things that he will eat. I was sceptical of ready meals because they don't always taste that good but Jamaica on ice meals are really good. They taste like back home and the quality is excellent. It has made it a lot easier for me to cater for my dad who is extremely fussy about food . These meals are the genuine article.

Chicken pieces are succulent and full of authentic flavour. DELICIOUS! Easily my second favourite choice from Jamaica on Ice. Comes with plain white rice. I add a touch of water during reheating in the oven to stop the rice becoming dry. GREAT dish to store in freezer if you have a busy schedule and no time to stop and go out to eat.

Great authentic tasting food, and so convenient. I add a little water to the rice as it can sometimes dry out while reheating. I live in a small village with little access to ingredients, so if Jamaica on ice did sides( prepared yam, spinners etc) it would be an amazing addition.

Absolutely loved this dish. Tastes homemade. Not too spicy and lovely mix of flavours. I’m going through all the dishes and haven’t found any that I don’t like. I buy these meals for work and I found them just at the right time when going back to work with no place to get a hot meal. Thank you Jamaica on Ice you saved my life.
